This is a morning walk, looking for autumn migrants, and open to beginners and experienced birders alike. We plan to visit the cliffs at West Runton, the scrubby areas and paddocks around Incleborough Hill, and possibly Stone Hill and nearby areas on the edge of Cromer. The exact route will depend on weather and birds on the day. This is a longish walk, with some stiles and steep paths, so please have appropriate footwear. Meet at the West Runton beach car-park, at the end of Water Lane (TG185432) at 0900 (there is a small charge payable, £1 if you bring your NENBC membership card, otherwise £2). Children are welcome if accompanied by well-behaved adults, but we regret no dogs. To keep the club's carbon footprint small, please consider car sharing. We plan to finish the walk at the West Runton beach cafe at about 1300 for coffee or lunch. Leader: Colin Blaxill.
