Sharrington

Image of Sharrington birding site

A small village on the south side of the A148 between Thornage and Gunthorpe, with Brinton to the south. Surrounded by large arable fields, the village is a maze of small quiet lanes with mature hedges and roadside verges. The church has a large secluded graveyard with a stand of pollarded limes along one side. Possibly the Village Hall would provide a car park to begin your search of the area.
