Brinton

Probably best known for the Snowdrops at Brinton Hall a very under visited area by birdwatchers. It should have a reasonable range of birds as the hall boasts a lake and two streams meet just east of the village. This plus several wooded plantations around the area should provide a good range of habitats. A footpath beside Brinton Grange on the Stody Road offers a river side walk across to Thornage.
